Zach develops customized investment and wealth management plans that align with his clients’ risk tolerance, time horizon, and long-term goals while addressing their business and retirement income needs. He leverages Stifel’s robust financial planning tools to create proactive expectations of his clients’ financial future based on their savings, spending behavior, and target investment allocation.
Zach began his investment industry career in 2001 and joined Stifel in 2020. Prior to Stifel, he served as a financial advisor with Signator Investors and A.G. Edwards, a Wells Fargo Advisors predecessor. He attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College for Financial Planning and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland at College Park. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
Zach grew up in Fairport, New York, and moved to Maryland in 1996. He currently resides in Chevy Chase with his wife, Kara, and their sons, Colton and Shane. A passionate member of the community, Zach is a coach for his son’s little league team in Montgomery County and is a member of St. Bartholomew Parish. He is an avid fisherman and spends a great deal of his non-working time involved in recreational and professional fishing tournaments along the Atlantic coast.
